Choose your dates
Mark your stay dates in the calendar and submit the booking.
We confirm availability
We'll get in touch with instructions and an advance-payment invoice for 50% of the stay price.
Pay the advance
Once it's received, the dates are firmly yours. You'll settle the balance and the refundable €200 deposit as instructed before arrival.
Arrival from 15:00, departure by 10:00 — or by individual arrangement.

Half of the stay price at booking. Once received, the dates are firmly yours.
Refundable deposit €200
For the stay — returned after departure, provided there's no damage and no lost keys.
Local fee
€0.60 / person / night — not part of the stay price.
Minimum nights
Depends on the season. You'll find the current minimum in the pricelist.
