10% discount
For stays of 5 days or more we deduct the discount automatically. Does not apply to New Year's Eve.
Refundable deposit €200
Against any damage or lost keys. Returned to you in full after a trouble-free stay.
50% prepayment
You pay half of the stay price when booking — it confirms your dates.
Local fee
Paid to the municipality, €0.60 / person / night. Not part of the accommodation price.

Plans change — so here's a clear breakdown of how the cancellation fee is calculated based on the number of days before arrival. The sooner you let us know, the less you pay.
